I didn't like that on some occasions there were dirty beach towels left by the pool and no clean beach towels for the guest to grab. Also, the housekeepers do a poor job in cleaning the hotel rooms. My family and I were there for 4 days and the same dirty sheets were let on the bed. It would be nice to have the bar open by the pool to get a cocktail while lounging.

Overall good! Just a few things here and there.

We stayed recently for four nights with our small dog (it was our first time taking him to a pet friendly hotel). We arrived earlier than expected but they checked us in which we appreciated overall. However, our room was on the last floor right infront of the district's main stage which, you can imagine the noise. The room itself was comfortable, but not as clean as we'd hope. The trashcan had odd stains, and our dog ended up getting 4 flees on him after being near the couch.

I love the area. Everyone is very friendly and it’s close to so many places. The restaurants we went to was less than 10 minutes away and shopping places are also close.

The stay was basically good. The hotel offers the essentials. The phone in my room did not worked. I asked for a rolling shower which was provided but also made previous arrangements for a searing in the shower that was not available when I got to the room had to call for it. Overall...stay was comfortable under the circumstances. Good location. Would probably stay again.
