The condo was updated, spacious and comfortable. If was fun watching all the boat traffic in and out of the marina. There were so good restaurants within a mile. We did use the pool, which we appreciated relaxing after a busy day.

Clean apt. Nice view. Updated bathroom. Balcony was a bit dirty. Difficult getting in and out the apartment. There were no shade either so the car was always baking hot. Not walkable at all.

There were no kitchen towels or dish cloth to wash the dishes. There were no bath wash cloth either. Called property manager and she brought them over after work. Very nice lady!

In generating I understand that the property met our expectations. It was very comfortable for two people, everything that was needed was available. An important thing it was that the available of air conditioner due to the hot conditions we have in Puerto Rico. Another thing that was very important for us was the apartment is near from places to eat, nearby beaches and recreational areas (pool), and others likesthe Marina to taking boats to Icacos or others island. Apart from the fact, that the view was spectacular, excellent for slowing down and resting.

Family outing

We stayed at the condo to be able to explore rainforest and be close to ferry. The location is great and safe but the surrounding area looks under developed. The condo itself is beautiful and in a great location with wonderful bay view. Access is very easy and parking is ample and safe. I would recommend staying if visiting Fajardo and yunque rainforest.

Very nice view, pool was nice, main bedroom bed comfortable but pull out bed was not very comfortable and the couch had stains Although beach towels were provided as well as beach chairs, there was a lack of wash cloths, hand towels and dish rags and it would be nice to have bigger skillets for there was only 2 small ones. Check in was not clearly explained for we could not get in the building. We were fortunate to have a kind tenant let us in and the access to the room was as explained in the email. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property location was awesome, the apartment and the view from the apartment to the Marina was amazing. Apartment interior can use some upgrading to include an AC unit in the livingroom due to the extreme Puerto Rico heat, it was a challenge to stay in the common area as it was really hot inside the apartment.

Liz's condo is amazing! Perfect location! The views and property were wonderful!

We stayed a week and were just ecstatic to be on the 27th floor! The view and breezes were amazing! You're right near large marinas so I would definitely recommend taking advantage by hitting the water! My girlfriend and I did a mini boat tour because we saw them heading out one morning from the balcony. The condo itself is pretty basic but we never had an instance where we didnt have what we needed. The pool at the condo is huge and rarely crowded but they do not have chairs to sit in. We brought the ones down from the condo and they were fine! The location was perfect in the sense that it was close to a lot of the activities we wanted to do and friends we wanted to visit. Also had a ton of restaurants and beaches if you want a day to chill! Would definitely visit again! Thanks for a great week!

Perfect getaway

Amazing rental. It was set up perfectly and so much attention to detail. The host was amazing and made it easy to check In and had great communication. Felt so safe on this location and parking was so easy. The view was so amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside and relaxing. Overall the perfect stay.
