The room is basic and small, but was clean. The water pressure in the shower was poor. There is no on-site parking, but that's par for the course in Old San Juan. The location was decent. There are no real amenties included. I did not feel it was worth the cost.

It was the perfect location — in the heart of everything. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Staff there were quite helpful. We were only here 1 night, but if I return to San Juan, I will definitely book there again.

A diamond without polish. From desk employees very attentive. Clean facility. Room without safe box. Employees in the from desk can’t move due to accumulation of luggage. Room was not given until 4:00 PM , at that time everybody in line to get keys and finish check in. Well located.

The rooms facing the street were extremely noisy. The doors to the balcony were wooden and didn’t fit tightly so all the street noise entered the with no glass to block it.

I couldn’t imagine a more convenient location for touring old San Juan. There were a ton of restaurants and shops within a few blocks. The major San Juan attractions were easily within walking distance. The hotel was clean and had the Old San Juan charm.

Ear pods and money was taken from our room. After we pinged our pod and found them in the hotel, and after contacting management, they the found them. If they had them, why did they not contact us? Also, more than $100 taken from purse. We are outraged. Can ping cash, so we lost that. Would not recommend as they steal.

Rooms were very clean and appreciated the 2 bottled water every day. Stayed there for 4 days. The water temperature in shower was just awful. It was barely warm and at times cold. Complained but it never changed. Our friends had the same issue in their room. No shelf in the shower for shampoo or soap, had to put on floor. All the rooms didn't have a shelf and no kleenx in any room or lobby. Carlos at the front desk was so polite and awesome. He went out of his way to provide assistance and make our stay comfortable. If not for Carlos we would give it 2 stars. Need warm showers.

Location is excellent but room floor is dirty or gas stains. Especially the bathroom shower. The water pressure in sink and shower is low with few amenities in BR besides shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. We got a cavernous room with a balcony that opened out to plaza but construction noise made it hard to sleep or enjoy the balcony.

This was our second stay in two weeks as we booked this hotel prior to and after a cruise. Our room was not ready at 4 pm but the staff let us know far in advance and we were able to plan accordingly. To compensate they upgraded us to a fantastic room that was really nice and quiet. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The location is great for cruise ship guests and the area is lively and has many great dining, shopping and nightspot locations to choose from.

I stayed at Armas Hotel during the San Sebastián feasts in Old San Juan. It is an excellent location for walking the city. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The AC worked well. It is very close to shopping, dining, sight-seeing; everything I wanted to do! My room was one of the more modest ones and didn’t have an iron or a closet, there was a hook from the wall with hangers, which was sufficient for me. The staff did provide a steamer for clothes. The staff is very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend it if you’d like to be in the center of Old San Juan 👍
