I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. On the first day of my stay, my room was not cleaned, and despite requesting towels, they were never delivered as promised. Additionally, during breakfast on the first two mornings, key items such as eggs were not available. The only options provided were yogurt, bread, croissants, water, and coffee. While the presentation may have suggested a luxury experience, the level of service and accommodation did not reflect the value paid for the stay. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience moving forward.

Small but beautiful hotel

A lovely cozy environment. If you want immediate beach access this is not the place to stay. It's about a 3 minute walk over a pedestrian bridge to access the beach. This wasn't a deal breaker for me. The pool is small but very chique and clean. The continental breakfast was very limited but sufficed. There is a panaderia down the block if you want more of selection to choose from. There is an outdoor bar and the bartender was very social and attentive (shout out to Elvin!!!!). I will definitely return. Thank you Bali Posh for a relaxing experience.

Costumer service was excellent Gracias Edgardo, Amanda y todos los demás por hacernos sentir cómodas y bienvenidas.This gorgeous boutique hotel is in a convenient location, near the airport and right across the beach. aesthetics was 10 out of 10 The rooms are great size. We traveled in a party of three and plenty of room for our luggage and never felt cramped.

I loved the lush green and oasis atmosphere. The manager Mr EL (??? pierced nose) went beyond customer/guest expectations in making sure that everything was perfect for them. (I was observing and casually spoke with other clients.) Jonathan, Alexander and the Mr wonderful Bartender also excellent host. The poolside food very good. Fine dinning was exquisite. I am so glad that my younger brother suggested "Yolonda this is the place you and your Man will really enjoy!" Yes We Did!!!

We loooooove the place 😍 Bali Posh Hotel is definitely a piece of Bali in PR. We enjoyed the ambiance as well. It’s giving aesthetic & cool vibes from the plants & furnitures. It didn’t felt over crowded or noisy since they have a bar by the pool. The staff were accommodating & friendly & easy to reach if you have concerns. The Free parking was a plus. Very accessible to everything. And the beach across the street was just amazing. We love it & would definitely recommend it for budget friendly, aesthetic travelers.

The water pipe on the island broke so towels and blankets were not being changed when the room was cleaned. Understandable but still annoying. Jonathan was EXCELLENT! The whole staff was truly great. The hotel was clean and very cozy. Small but more than enough.

The hotel is really pretty and in a great location everything was close by, and parking was easy to access. It’s right in the middle of a highway, which made getting in and out a little tricky (kind of dangerous!), but surprisingly, it was still very quiet. No noise issues at all! The room was big and clean. One weird thing — housekeeping came in once without our permission. Nothing was taken, but i felt a bit off. Still, the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Because of the weather and the air conditioning, the room did get a bit humid and damp at times, but that seems to be normal for the area. All in all, it was a really nice stay. Loved it and would definitely come back. 100% recommend if you want somewhere pretty, comfortable, and close to everything!
