Amazing views beach getaway

The apartment itself is lovely (clean, modern, quiet) with an unbeatable beach view. The neighborhood clearly had a better economy many years ago (some abandoned houses and stray cats). My wife and I felt safe and found a few wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance (Simple Food has THE best breakfast and lunch, we went there every morning). The property owner communicated quickly and clearly. The building security was courteous and helpful. The building itself could use a few updates (one of the elevators was being serviced while we were there and the other elevator was a bit dodgy but worked just fine). The pool is sparkling clean and lovely. Overall walking out the back door and being on a private beach was amazing.

The view was great, overall the area around the property needs some work. Tear dow the old buildings and clean up the area.
