This location is amazing! Pool, beach access, 24 hr security, staff friendly, across from Walgreens and Pizza City. Easy to take Uber pick up in front of building. Parking right out front of the building. Victor y Yari son gente de calidad. They were very responsive, accomdating and thorough. I could not have found a better place or owners and I have stayed at Marbella many times!! Thank you for making our mom/daughter vacation the best!!

Great stay!!

Had a great stay at this location during our time in PR with family! Everything very clean and the check in was very smooth and easy. It is located in a perfect area close to restaurants and convenience stores and the best is that it is steps to the pool and beach. Loved it!! Definitely recommend!!

Minutes from Everything

We REALLY enjoyed our time here. Some of my favorite times of our trip was sitting on the porch, reading and watching the people go by. We walked to breakfast and dinner almost every day. Victor made getting checked in a breeze, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable vacation

Beautiful property and Cabana. This was our 2nd time here. The Cabana is well kept and the hosts were always welcoming and available when we needed any additional amenities. Property is beautiful and really is steps from beautiful Isla Verde beach and the pool. I would love to come back to this Cabana again in the future. Thank you Yari and Victor🌞🌴🏖😊

The place was very clean and convinient. The manager texted and very helpful. Before my stay they told me that their parking lot was not available due to construction near by. Good communication on their part. Room was ready along with the futon for my family of 4

Great Vacation

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location and the pool and beach were just steps away. My children had a wonderful time so, that’s a WIN in my book. If you’re looking for a great place to stay near San Juan, I would certainly recommend this corner unit condo. It’s safe, clean, close to restaurants and stores and. . . .the AC rocks !!!
