Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Museo de Arte Contemporaneo de Puerto Rico. The apartment includes amenities such as free WiFi and a kitchen.

I found a place lacking in the amenities it offered. Though they say they have Wi-Fi and hot water. Neither of them were available for the entire time that I was there. The stated Wi-Fi network did not exist. consequently, I couldn’t logon.

We loved our stay in unit 5. It had a sofa that pulled out which was great for lounging. This spot was an awesome central location for all of our adventures. There is an upstairs shared common space just up the spiral staircase next to our room with cute bistro lighting. We took our meals up there a couple of times. The area was safe and centrally located and the free parking was appreciated. We always had plenty of hot water even showering late at night. It took some trial and error to figure it out but if you run hot water in the sink, you know you can get it in the shower. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

This is our 2nd time here. We love the new pull out sofa-great addition to the room! Very clean and close to everywhere we needed to go. Parking will a gamble if you get there late, but we were okay. Wish we had access to the nearby washer/dryer. Other than that, I would recommend this place & return.
