First when I arrived at the property no one answer there'll at the gate. I called a number that was printed on a piece of paper taped to the gate, and wast told that I need to walk 2 blocks to a different property. I told the person that I had just to an Uber to the property that I reserved because I had 4 pieces of luggage. Hi simply said take a taxi or wait and they will pick me up. Finally someone arrived on foot to takes to the other place, so we had to walk 2 blocks with all of our luggage. BTW, there was never an apology offered. When we got to the place we were told that we were getting an upgrade. The worst upgrade that we have received, a dirty room, smelly, in front of a kitchen and a very dirty bathroom. Do not recommend Casa del Caribe nor Canario Boutique Hotel. Cero disregard for their guests.
