Casa Flores「UNIT 1「Flamboyan] is the home you`ve been dreaming of in San Juan. This one bedroom home features, an ample bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen area and outdoor patio area, with outdoor shower. This unit takes great inspiration from Japanese styling, art & culture while also paying tribute to Puerto Rico and its beauty.
You are only:
- A 9 minute walk from ocean park beach
- A 2 minute walk from Culturally rich Loiza Street
- 10 Minute drive from historic Old San Juan
Newly Renovated property which incorporates Puerto Rican traditionalist decor with a modern twist. All spaces were designed with accessibility and utility in mind.
Common areas include stairs etc... However everything seen in the listing pictures is yours and only yours, the patio is yours and only yours etc...

Calle Loiza is vibrant, lively, urban. Personally one of my favorite places on the island in terms of mixing culture with the city and proximity to the coast.
rent a car, use uber, or use the bird scooters
Absolutely no smoking allowed inside the unit, if you`d like to smoke go the the exterior patio, we will charge you for removing ANY lingering smells. Do not sit on the furniture or linens if you`re covered in sunscreen.
