My stay at this hotel was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The property is exceptionally clean, and it’s clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining every detail. My room was very spacious, comfortable, and spotless, creating a relaxing environment that truly felt like a home away from home. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my entire stay. They were always available, eager to assist, and provided excellent customer service that made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The amenities were modern, clean, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and new, and the overall condition of the hotel reflects a high standard of care and professionalism. One of the best features is the location. The hotel is situated in a safe area with visible police presence, which added an extra sense of security and peace of mind. It is perfectly located in the heart of La Placita de Santurce, a historic marketplace that transforms into a vibrant dining and nightlife destination in the evenings. This gave me the perfect balance of enjoying the local culture, restaurants, and entertainment, while still having a peaceful and comfortable place to return to. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Cleanliness, comfort, service, safety, and location were all exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with an early check-in. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The suites were equipped with everything you need. The location is great, close to the airport and walking distance to markets and eatery.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff Angel helped me out when ingot there late and i was able to find the correct room. Its in a great area with bars ,live music and fruit stands i will definitely be coming back

It was the festival there and was very loud. Music played way into the early morning hours right beside the place. Overall the place was nice except it didn't have any hot water. It was cold water for a shower. So no one really took showers. I left it running for a long time and still no hot water. So that was annoying. Really for the price i paid, it wasn't worth it for no hot water and the noise all night long.

Booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellations. So glad I did. Absolutely amazing place. We had the family suite that had 4 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Checkin was a breeze and staff was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.
