This home is equipped with a 30K power generator and 1,000-gallon water cistern, ensuring uninterrupted convenience throughout your stay.

**Note**
-Although public transportation is not the method preferred by puertorricans because schedule times are not that reliable, lately we have noticed that BUS 53 is passing regularly every day starting at 6:10 every 67 minutes. Take the bus at left corner of the house at sign “parada”. Bus goes from airport to, Isla Verde, to Ocean Park, to Condado and then Old San Juan. If you are up to it, tell us about your experience.
-The studio has no window.
-The pool is temperature controlled
-The kitchen and shower are equipoed with hot water.
-We provide toiletries as a courtesy for the first couple of days, then guest will replenish.
-There is a powerful generator and water cistern, however resources are limited during emergencies. Depending on the extent of each event without water or electricity, and the proper functioning of these equipments, even with these amenities, times without water or electricity could occur.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
