Central but Medicore.

Great location. Fun space. Nice room. Roof top had hot tubs but they didnt heat up so we just enjoyed the seating areas instead. Parking situation was a little annoying as we were there during spring break and the lots filled up. Took 2 hours to find parking one day. Also the kitchen stopped working so we werent able to eat there when we tried but the food did look good from what I saw on other days. A good spot to stay if you want to be in thick of things but your expectations cant be too high.

The hotel is in a great area, in the heart of old San Juan. We were able to walk to the cruise port. I only wish the rooftop hot tubs got hotter and the rooms had windows to see out. Otherwise the hotel itself is very charming and rooftop area very nice.

Loved the eclectic style and charming decor of this property. Our room was a great size and bed was very comfortable. Very centralized location to everything going on in Old San Juan. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. 3 negatives to note- a cockroach in the bathroom overnight. I guess this is not uncommon on an island. Second- this is a very old building with very thin walls. Could hear everything going on in the hallways with people coming in late at night. Did not make for the best night's sleep the night before an early morning flight. Third- the floors were very dirty. Could feel the dirt/sand under my feet when walking barefoot. Otherwise, loved this property.

Things were generally excellent. One of the only disappointments was the jacuzzi(s) were not maintained. Their temperature was warm, not hot, and the jets were lame. This item was a selling point for me but not worth it.

Casablanca is a beautiful boutique hotel in Old San Juan. The staff is very nice and professional. Very walkable to bars and restaurants, shopping, sightseeing; excellent location. Property is very well maintained. I highly recommend this property when staying in Old San Juan PR.

Good location if you need a place to stay for a night before a cruise. Booked a room for three people pull out sofa bed was broken and very uncomfortable. Would work for two people.

Casablanca had the best location for my friend and I to comfortably explore San Juan! We also enjoyed chilling on our balcony the rooftop provided by the hotel, will come back here again!

It is an old hotel and does show its age. But you expect it. There was water on the bathroom floor when we walked in we had to wipe up. There were no hangars in the closet. the coffee available in the morning was absolutely horrible and we could not drink it. had to go to Burger King tor decent college. the front dest staff were great11

An interesting Moroccan inspired themed property. Our room did not have windows so that was horrible after 2 days. The staff uses excessive amounts of bleach to clean the common areas.

Lovely old hotel

CBH is housed in a historic bldg, right in the middle of old San Juan, so easily walkable to many shops, bars, restaurants, etc. It is a lovely property, Moroccan in style with very beautiful furnishings. It shows its age somewhat but, overall, pretty nice, and we'd stay there again. My only issue is with the coffee service. There is no hot pot in the rooms, and you are directed to the lobby for comp coffee. However, when I went down one morning, the pot was empty and it took almost 3 hours to replenish--almost too much for this coffee addict.
