Reminder please remove trash the dumpster is located at the end of the guard shack to the right hand side and will be charged for any towels stained or not returned to the apartment.
Please do not leave any dishes unwashed or the oven dirty if not would be charged extra
Please do not forget to place the keys in its respective lock box and the remote to the gate on the key holder by the kitchen wall any keys or beeper lost would be charged $100 dollars
