Harassed me and cursed me out cause I left the room a little messy because there were no trash bags broom or dust pan. Also staff on site didn’t provide towels or daily room cleaning

Great stay literally around the corner from the beach. 8 minute walk into town. We felt very safe. Manager was very responsive.

The supplies/or stocking of this rental was terrible. We had 1 fork 1 teaspoon and 2 tablespoons. Every dish was dirty including utensils, they were all greasy! Exactly what you want to do after a long flight check in and go do dishes? I took pictures to send to property manager to get to reply. Also the sponge that was left behind (not new) was extremely dirty and stunk. What airbnb even for a small apt leaves used sponges? At least a cheap new one would have sufficed. It is a little inconvenient to have to run to the grocery store to get things that should come with a small apt. (sugar packets, salt packets, new sponges for dishes, napkins) even if its not mandatory its a nice touch of customer service and securing clients return. The pool is another dilemma, it has to be turned on manually as the automatic "turn on" isn't working, and who knows how long that's been the story. If you are looking to unwind after a day at the beach you may reconsider the pool option. The security guard turned it on for us everyday, after I had to text for it. Also it may be convenient to have a skimmer with net to help your clients clean the water from debris/bugs/and hairs. Cleaning crew cleans early morning but how do we clean it in the afternoon? So be aware the pool will be full of bugs and hair. Can not guarantee another stay here, unfortunately.

San Juan área apartment

I liked that the apartment was located in a gated secured area. This area is very busy all the time. The pool was nice but not heated. In December temperatures are much cooler in the evening. The beach and the park are literally 5 min walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend it..

Nice place but...

Hi, I am only giving this review because I feel it will be helpful to future guest and the management. The room was aesthetically pleasing and the pool was GREAT!, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable due to the dip on the right hand side and bump in the middle. We had to sleep slanted and woke up with back pains. Communication with property manager was not the best (Still waiting on my reply 3 days later) and neither was the parking situation. The on site security officer Gabriel was very helpful and honestly made me feel better due to the sketchy neighborhood. Again, the property is one of the nicer ones around that area, just need to work on things mentioned above. Thank you.

Excellent Cozy place to Stay near the beach

This property was awesome. It is newly remodeled and has the comforts of home. It is in a great location. It is 1 block from a beautiful beach. It’s not in the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, so it’s quiet. It’s also close enough to all the tourist things you’d want to do. You can walk to many restaurants. I felt very safe here. Jose, the owner is very responsive and was accommodating to our needs. I definitely will be back!
