Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 1st-floor two-bedroom apartment in Santurce. It is in a fully renovated building with free, on-site private parking.
Painstaking original Spanish tiles were restored, and the building was renovated to bring out the original charm with very high ceilings. Some key features include comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, window darkening curtains, and a spacious bathroom. The apartment has a stovetop, microwave, and full refrigerator with all kitchen utensils and basic spices. The apartment provides clean and fresh linens with your stay and one white bath towel per guest. It includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The building includes 4 two-bedroom apartments and 4 one-bedroom apartments, so if you have a larger group, you could rent several units, and all stay in one central location with parking.

It has self-check-in and controlled access. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all modern amenities to enjoy your beach and city stay. It is within walking distance of Condado Beach, Condado Lagoon, La Placita, and many museums and restaurants. Old San Juan and the airport are a 10-minute drive away.

The neighborhood is residential near an important commercial strip. It is located downtown, so street noises exist, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. It is lively, and many entertainment options are available by foot or short Uber rides nearby. Walking to places in the area and many other residents and tourists is generally safe.

EARLY CHECK-IN

LATE CHECK-OUT

If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour or a fraction of an hour after the normal 11 am check-out time. The fee for any unauthorized late check-out after the 11 am check-out time is enforced and will be charged as it is disruptive to the cleaning staff who have to follow a work schedule.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The place is nice., but need some improvement. The bedding cover need an upgrade, the floors and bathroom need a very deep cleaning since the tiles is a gorgeous vintage spanish tiles, but you could see that isn't cleaned well. The street is very dark at night and don't matches with the description.
