This place was breath taking the view was amazing , the ac was on point everything was just perfect. Just one thing I’ll say is that they are not a regular hotel where you can get a change of towel , beach towels or new bed covers. I did not read the details , unfortunately we had same towels for the 7 days we where there. There was sand everywhere because of course it’s an island , we managed to clean it . But other than that our stay was amazing we sleep in no noice very comfortable bed , pillows I love it . My birthday was great in Puerto Rico . 5 min away driving from old San Juan and beach

They did not send me my unit number or my access code to get into the unit until two hours before my flight was to depart. I will be filing a claim with Expedia because even Expedia felt that that was not a proper protocol so they ended up having to rebook me a room these people and even Expedia once they looked through the records they sold it. They had actually did this once before that I was actually only their second confirmed booking so I would not advise anyone to book with this place because I don’t know what makes them think. It’s OK to give someone details to their room two hours before their flight departs when they say 24 to 48 hours horrible experience I will never ever use them again.
