The hotel was beautiful and the staff helpful and friendly. But DO NOT book a room on the 12th floor. There is a generator above the rooms on the roof, that when it kicks on, will keep you awake ALL night even if you sleep with earplugs. On top of that, the staff was outside in the halls early talking loud and making noise after we already did not sleeping much during the night. They should wait until guests check out to be that loud.

Fabulous hotel. So classy! Great location and view. Thought the Heritage rooms could have been a bit bigger for the price tag, and prefer having hotel rooms without carpets. Food was amazing! Love the service you get poolside - all the staff were so nice and personable. Would love to return to this beautiful oasis someday!

We had such a great experience at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. The property is beautiful — elegant, clean, and perfectly located with gorgeous ocean views. The staff were attentive and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The pools were relaxing with plenty of lounge areas, and the food at the on-site restaurants was excellent. We also loved how easy it was to walk to nearby restaurants and shops — everything you need is right around the corner. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt luxurious yet welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Everything was perfect. Staff, hotel,service was wonderful. Food was good but way to expensive. We door dashed alot. Balcony was awesome view. We were on the 12th floor. Lived in the infiniti pool.
