To the beach, the best restaurants in San Juan, bars, nightlife, shops, boutiques, hotels, casinos, 24 hr groceries, parks, pharmacies, etc. all within walking distance. Feel like a local in this trendy neighborhood of Condado/Ocean Park/Calle Loíza! Airport pickup service available!

Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for the enjoyment of our guests. 1 Queen sized bed in the main bedroom, with a sofa-bed in the living room. High Ceilings. Brand new Air conditioning units both in the bedroom and living room, Wifi access, full kitchen and brand new appliances. Smart TV in both bedroom and living room.

Horrible Experience

Hi I didn't enjoy my stay at all. The place was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. I stayed only one night and ended up having to book with a hotel while I was there. I intended on staying there for 4 nights. I should've known it was bad when it took a padlock to get into the place. It's up to the owner to give a refund and he refused to give me one. He didn't even consider a prorated option. I wouldn't advise staying here unless you have low expectations of where you are staying.

Filthy dirty. Checked out a night early. Old food in the refrigerator. Pans with old, cooked food stuck to them. Dirty tub. Holes in wall in shower. The only positive was that it is convenient to lots of things. Requested a refund on one night, no response.

We arrived on a friday and had no water for two days! Called and called the host no answer then he responded hrs later saying he would never rent his place knowinly with out water,I called vrbo and they placed us in a hotel,The host did refund my money

Just okay….

Pros: Location is amazing. Very close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. There’s a street library close by too. The host answers promptly, property makes you feel safe and secure. Once I figured out how to use the lockbox, check in and check out were seamless. Cons: there were a bunch of flying ant looking bugs in the apartment and the host didn’t have raid. They literally were all over the floor, nightstand and bed. If I chose to buy raid, he offered to reimburse me for it. The tv remotes didn’t work. The tub was not thoroughly cleaned. There was debris in the tub and dirt on the walls (I ended up cleaning it myself).

The property was completely run down. Heavy stains on everything, broken furniture, very dated entertainment systems, dead roaches on the steps. It’s a prime location for nightlife restaurants and beaches but that alone doesn’t justify the complete disregard of the property. It was so bad I didn’t even want to sit on the couch for fear of bedbugs, I sat on a plastic chair with stains on it and checked out as quick as I checked in.

This apartment is a very nice place in the middle of a lot of commotion, which is a good thing. There’s no need for an Uber because while the beach may be 800 steps away, it’s still very close. Restaurants are all within walking distance. We noticed that it’s easier to find a restaurant open later on the weekends than weekdays. The most we paid for an Uber was around $11.

Loved our stay! My daughter and I were on our first visit to Puerto Rico and this lovely little apartment was in a great spot, close to restaurants and grocery stores - plus it was just a few blocks straight down Calle Krug to the beach! We could Netflix on one of the two TVs, cook, walk to a restaurant or get Uber Eats... very cozy. Felt like home after a week there! Looking forward to the next trip.

Great Apartment!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 days while we explored San Juan, and we really loved it. We felt like we were part of the neighborhood and not just annoying tourists. It had everything we needed and Jose was always there when we had questions. The place is super secure and has multiple air conditioning units, which you will need. The location was my favorite part. Right in the heart of Loiza street. Little did we know how lively this street/neighborhood is. With great dining, shops, grocery store, beaches, all within walking distance. We only had to Uber when we wanted to go to old San Juan. I highly recommend if you want to be a part of this magical island when you visit, not just stuck in a resort.

PROS: GREAT LOCATION....PLENTY OF DINING PLACES CLOSE BY. EXCELLENT SUPERMARKET & VARIETY STORES CLOSE BY. BEACH IS CLEAN AND LOUNGE CHAIRS RENT FOR $5/DAY UBER AND BUSES TO OLD SAN JUAN OR ISLE VERDE. $20 CAB TO AIRPORT. NO NEED TO RENT A CAR. CONS: ADVERTISED STEPS TO THE BEACH........2 BLOCKS/800 STEPS 3RD FLOOR NO ELEVATOR BARKING DOGS ALL HRS 2ND FLOOR APT(DISTURBING) LOW WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER MORAL OF THE STORY: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

The building is a wreck. The price wss not so bad. Very close to the beach and nice neighborhood. The killer in PR is the different taxes and extra fees from 110. For 2 night, went up to $166. Ridiculous.
