I am a host on another platform for 7 Years now with a 4.9 star rating!!! New to VRBO.
Come relax at this totally renovated 1350 sq ft Condo features 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 26 ft balcony overlooking the beautiful nightlife of San Juan while watching the waves crash from your bedroom. We redid everything from ceiling to floor, kitchen, bathrooms, and balcony. All new furniture, bedding, and fixtures were added. We have a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glassware, silverware, and of course coffee pot. Complimentary use of beach chairs are left along with some beach toys
The space
We supply Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a blow dryer as well as an iron to help out with the everyday tasks. The Wi-Fi codes are on the blackboard along with helpful phone numbers and the keys. There is a 65 inch Smart (Roku) TV in the Living Room and a 50 inch smart (Roku) TV in each bedroom.
Guest access
You will have access to the Condo as well as the private 26 ft balcony. In addition, there is a pool if you would like to go for a swim. You will have access to 1 designated spot in the gated lot.
Other things to note
Always pack a sweater for the night, the restaurants sometimes get cold and there is a beautiful breeze on the balcony at night.

Great Place

It was great. Very short walk to the beach. Gated and 24/7 security was very helpful. Property manager Christine was very helpful when we got turned around looking for the entrance. The walkout patio on the 7th floor provided a small view of the beach which was fine. CVS (huge) had everything you would need. Big grocery store around corner too. Cute and delicious beach restaurant right there too.
