The stay was “ok”. Room was not as shown in pictures and maintenance could be better. The best service I received was the kind lady at the breakfast bar who made the BEST coffee.

The breakfast lady was fantastic!! The bright spot!! No top sheet on the bed. Only 3 pillows?? No extra blanket or pillows, the phones don’t work, 1 hangar….. I was very disappointed. Ok the d itself was very good.

There weren't enough employees in the hotel at this time. We didn't get our room cleaned. We have to use the same towels and the trash was packed in the room for all our staying this wasn't our first-time staying in this hotel. We like because of the location. They'll have to work to get more employees to run this hotel.

The room was a nice size with an amazing view of the city. We weren't far from anything. The parking is confusing though and kind of expensive if you rent a car and drive there but other than that it was a great stay

room was clean & the staff did help a lot. The parking garage location & then how to get back to the hotel was very confusing at first & i feel a little bit of signage would have helped me especially with the language barrier since we don't speak much Spanish at all.

In general, it was a good place to stay. Understandably, the area is not in top shape since there are several empty commercial spaces. During my stay, there was a broken sanitary pipe at the entrance of the building that was fixed before I left. Personnel service was excellent.

Visible mold on curtains, rusty lamps, rust inside bathroom, smell of urine and mildew/mold on the carpet and in the air as soon as you walk in - slept with balcony door open as it was suffocating smell of mold, TVs speaker did not work (no sound), bedside table lamp was rusty and one did not work. The carpet was mushy when walked on it, there was a dirty glove on the balcony, the phone in the room did not work to call hotel to fix problems. They have no staff at night, and their phone number does not work after 5, so if you have a problem you are out of luck. The worst hotel we have ever stayed at in 40 years. Slept on top of the bed in clothes. Uninhabitable and we will be reporting to the tourism department.

It was nice. I had a so it the so it was the view from where my balcony was it very nice. The room was clean as well. Staff was good a quick In-N-Out place to stay yes that I would go there. You had the weed dispensary around the corner, you was able to walk to the beach Easy for Ubers.

Unfortunately, I stayed at this hotel before but this time I stayed five days and not one day they came to clean my room. I mentioned literally the front decks every day their response was, they will notify housekeeping guess what housekeeping never showed up . I had to grab the towers and soap from the lobby.every day I believe his lack of supervision, the front desk, lady they were very humble, but they can only do so much

the room was terrible unfortunately. It smelled like mold (to be expected I suppose) and everything felt old and run-down. Did love the balcony however. Major plus: all the staff were amazing! The best experience I've had while traveling. I was having some issues with my phone and a staff member let me hook up to hers! To me, that was above and beyond. To the manager: do everything to keep them happy; they are your biggest asset!

The only thing I didn’t like is I had to pay $81.75 for the early check in. when you do the booking they didn’t say anything about that on still you go front desk and do the check in and pay $ 81.75 plus $ 150.

There was a great restaurant/bar just down the road. Less than 5 minute walk and had great food and drinks. The pina colada was fantastic
