El hotel en sí es cómodo y tranquilo pero sinceramente el servicio al cliente pésimo cuando llegamos el check in era a las 4:00pm y nos dieron el cuarto a las 6:00pm no nos dieron alguna compensación por eso no si quiera disculpas. En fin el cuarto que nos dieron estaba bien pero tenía demasiado olor a humedad.

If someone is looking for a fancy tip top shape hotel, this is not it. If you need a place to crash and you're not going to be in the room often then this is fine. The cleanliness could improve a lot. The carpet in the room was not vacummed and the room just smelled damp and moldy at all times. The hotel needs a lot of updating. On another note, staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. The area is great because it gives access to many areas but is still a bit isolated from loud nightlife. The nearby beach is wonderful, just a 10 minute walk. Overall, it was ok for my 3 day stay and I had a good view from my balcony. I just wish the hotel was updated a bit and cleanliness was more thorough.

Hard to find entrance, lobby is very small, hallways are dirty, the bathrooms smell moldy, blankets are very thin, housekeeping had to be called to change beds and get more towels, rooms are not disinfected or wiped down, there was no vacuuming and the presence of security guards on the ground floor entrance made it seem no safe.

We stayed here for one night in transit between airport to cruise. The hotel is not new but it is clean and has everything we need. Breakfast was included, simple options but again, you get what you pay for. No complaints from us.
