They didn't clean the room properly. The floor was really dirty. Do not walk in bare feet or socks we had to wash our feet every ten mins. The bathroom fixtures and shower door was old and had calcium buildup so thick. The room smelled like mold. And it was difficult to get clean towels from them.

Upon arrival, no one was at the check in desk, had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to arrive, upon entering the room, the bathroom obviously was not cleaned, dirt marks on toilet and tub , long brown hair in both the hot tub and shower. Also found hair on towels. Also was a stain on sheet. Was really uncomfortable the entire time. Some type of compensation is needed!

Very good location, room had a beautiful water view. The room very spacious and bed was comfortable. The bathroom, shower/tub and tile floors could use a good deep cleaning. Good value for the money, would stay again.

I liked our stay at this hotel. The room was big and the view from the 10th floor breathtaking. The room was clean, beds comfortable and it had a kitchen. The side of the building was smelly and it needs more cleaning. If you rent a car parking is an additional fee. Local restaurants are around and the Escambron beach is near. Walking is enjoyable and easy around. Staff was friendly. Sometimes no staff on the second floor to check out. I was told to leave the key in the front desk.

This has to be one of the worst places we’ve ever spent a night. The humidity, rusted hardware, poorly setup beddings on visible dirty mattresses are just few of the many issues. We arrived after 11pm and there was no one looking after the front desk. Fortunately the kind on-duty guard was able to allow us in. The included breakfast was horrible. In short, skip this “hotel” as we did after one night, a cheaper alternative is twice the value compared to this unacceptable place.

Location was awesome. However, there were a number of problems. Rooms were not ready when we checked in after 4pm. Housekeeping services were only provided once during a 4 night stay although we had requested it each of 3 days. Fresh towels were provided but garbage was not taken out and soiled linen was not removed. We did have to move from one room due to wetness on the floors and carpet and our feet picked up black something? Breakfast was good first day but fresh fruit was only available 2 out of 4 days.

The room was okay, not what we had thought we were purchasing based on the pictures. But the toilet had been backed up by the previous people to stay in the room and the staff was not very helpful about helping us to fix it. There is not maintenance 24/7 here so if there is an issue with your room not in normal time you are stuck with it. And they were not adamant about finding a replacement room even though sewage had backed up into our bathroom. The area is great, just pick a better hotel nearby and save yourself the hassle.

Located between Condado and Old San Juan. Walking distance to one of the nicest beaches in the area. One of the best values in Puerto Rico for lodging.
