This place was so beautiful, overall nice to stay. Throughout the day there was a certain time when there is no water or low water pressure in shower and sink water . But great time. Bed is so comfortable!!

I enjoyed the room the balcony was nice view just the check in process needs to be better for tourist if we’re coming late at night someone should be at the gate and explain things properly drove there with a reservation they told me i didn’t have a reservation had to pay for a new room whole time i had a reservation and the wifi did not work what’s so ever asides that 3/5 i would come back just need few improvements

The check-in process was confusing but after we reached the contact number for the property they were able to help us. The property has no staff on site so you must sign the rental agreement and provide a photo id in order to get your check-in information. Once inside, our unit was sparce but clean. We could not get the tv remote to work nor get an internet connection. During the night there was a thunderstorm and we noticed a small leak in the skylight over the bed. Both hotels.com and the property need to improve this listing. After booking I contacted hotels.com who told me not to sign the rental agreement and send an id. This was incorrect. Secondly, we could not contact hotels.com once we were standing outside at night with no way to get in. The property needs to say that it is in a gated community with only one way in and out. And, as previously mentioned, attend to some repairs.

We were supposed to have a large room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, but at the last minute they switched our room to a smaller one with a very small bathroom and no balcony located on the first floor. The comforter was more like a towel than a blanket!! But the location was very good and safe and in a gated community!! It was close to the airport and close to the ocean

Vibe of the spot was great! In a gated community with security and police patrolling periodically. Room and bathroom were very clean. Linen was clean and smelled wonderful! Will definitely be returning! Had a small hiccup with the wifi so we messaged them and they resolved the issue quickly!

The room was clean and smelled good, however, the WiFi did not work and we did not have any hot water. We contacted the management company and received no resolution but was accused of being “too thorough in order to get a refund or reduction and that I sounded crazy”. Unacceptable response!

This so-called “couples suite” should really be called a couples nightmare. My fiancé and I stayed here for five nights during our first trip to Puerto Rico, and unfortunately this property completely ruined our experience. When we arrived, our room was filthy. There was blood on the sheets, the bathroom was dirty, and the room smelled terrible. We immediately complained, but the owner is not even located in Puerto Rico and only communicates through staff. The cleaning staff and onsite worker did not speak any English, which made resolving issues extremely difficult. We were moved to a larger room later that night, but the problems continued. At one point, another couple unlocked and walked into our room, claiming it had been assigned to them as well, which is a serious safety and management issue. The worst part was having absolutely no running water for two full days. We could not shower or even brush our teeth. Despite multiple complaints, the owner refused to issue a refund, even though the contract states refunds should be provided within four hours of a formal complaint. The property is also gated, making it very difficult for Uber drivers to find or access the location without driving around in circles. The grounds were unsanitary, with roaches and chickens roaming around the property. I would strongly advise against staying here. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, especially for a first-time visit to Puerto Rico.

Room wasn't cleaned or ready on time. The back of this property sits on the supermarket parking lot and the section 8 apartments. Could not use the tub on the balcony or be on the balcony without being observed by these places. No mirror in bathroom. No shampoo or body wash. Sliding door locking failures and no one onsite. Poor communication with sending directions or how to access property.

There was interruption in water service to the unit at least twice (although it was fixed within several hours, it caused a great inconvenience). The wifi was spotty at best. Also, it is important to note that the property is a shared space.

The place was beautiful, however, it says there is WiFi in the common areas, but there is no network with the name and password that they send you. The hot water for the building runs out pretty quickly so you will probably have to take cold showers. The TV was having network issues and only worked on and off. Then, the door lock jammed and we were unable to get into our room late at night. Not to mention there is no staff there at night so good luck if you have an urgent matter. The bathtub was stunning, but a cold bath isn’t very relaxing. While the place was pretty and clean, there were too many other problems for the price. Also to note, the place is located in a gated area which is nice, but the area surrounding is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in San Juan.
