Musty smell in the hallway. Room tv did not work. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Location is not walkable to any restaurants. The service and staff were top notch. Beach was nice - the chairs and towels often were not available unless you grabbed them before 9:00am. Would stay again if looking for a safe, affordable hotel on the beach.

Nice escape

This was a fun hotel for sure, right in the heart of one of the main beaches on the outskirts of San Juan. Great restaurant, casino, multiple pools and beach. It's a perfect escape if you want to settle in and relax. Perfect for families and couples alike. The only downfall is it is a little bit isolated compared to other spots we've stayed in Puerto Rico. You can still walk to shopping and restaurants, but it's a bit of a hike on a dark and busy road near the airport to get anywhere fun.

I like its convenience location, about 7-10 min walk to restaurants like Chilis, Dennys, Walgreens and such.. I love that is right on the beach.. The Casino is a good distraction too if you like to gamble. Casino also has Karaoke and Ladies Night, that only thing that in my opinion, i think it is missing, is a souvenir store, it does have a nice small clothing store but they dont sell souvenirs or beach clothes and accessories or beach toys since it is a very family oriented resort

Highly recommend, beautiful updated hotel with clean rooms, attentive staff and all the amenities you want for a relaxing beachfront stay.
