We loved our stay at this apartment. Tastefully decorated throughout, and kitchen stocked with all the utensils/appliances anyone would need. Location was absolutely perfect for us - a very short walk to a great beach, about a 15 minute walk to Condado Beach, 5 minutes to a supermarket, and maybe about 20 minutes to La Placita. We did lose power a couple times (the whole area, not just our apartment) during some rainy/stormy weather, but I went into booking an apartment expecting that to possibly happen - it didn’t effect us much and the host was quick to communicate with us about the status. I will absolutely stay here or another property managed by this host next time I visit the island.
