Stayed there for two nights, room was really nice and clean, spacious. Big closet, good bathroom. And amazing private terrace all to ourselves! Walking distance from everything. Definitely recommend!

The staff at Decanter is phenomenal! They were all extremely helpful and kind. Any concern was immediately taken care of. The hotel can be a bit noisy from the city but overall we were very satisfied.

The property was very historic, charming and quaint but updated where it counted. Rooms were big and comfortable, and the hotel was right in the heart of everything. The staff was outstanding and helpful, and the hotel was immaculate. I can’t say enough about this hotel except we were bummed the rooftop bar was only open on the weekends and we were there during the week. We were sad we missed that, I’m sure it’s great.

The room was clean and overall a good room and bathroom (we had the suite). Staff was very kind and accommodating. Rooftop bar was very nice and we had some well prepared food. Location is very convenient for walking around Old San Juan and there are a few car park close (a bit expensive) or 10 min walking from the hotel (cheap). The reason for the 3* is that in the 3 nights we spent there, they never did a basic cleaning (quick sweep to the floor) nor make the bed. After the first night they said that it was done only on request. So we requested it for the next day and then they say that they do it every 3 days...how convenient. For 1100 US$ for 3 night I honestly expected a better service.

The room was luxurious and had all the amenities and tea and coffee we could desire! Check-in and check-out were easy and they let us store our luggage for free while we wait to check in to our next hotel. Would love to stay here again!
