Staff were quite friendly, we were able to store our luggage as we arrived early and our room was ready ahead of check in. We also were able to store our luggage after check out as well. The rooms were clean, up to date and spacious. I would recommend that they have more than 1 staff member managing check out, as efficient as she was, there is only so fast one person can move. Light sleepers should request a room away from the road noise, it did not bother me, but I am a heavy sleeper. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is located next to a number of good restaurants. Uber to old town was $5 in the morning and $15-20 back in the late afternoon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Access to the property was easy and convenient, and the staff provided friendly, welcoming service throughout my stay. The amenities were beautiful and thoughtfully maintained, adding to the overall experience. Plus, the location is fantastic—close to everything you could want. Highly recommend!

The staff was very courteous and the rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the close in location in Old San Juan which was close to our cruise port location. The neighborhood was safe and walkable, close to restaurants and other shops.

The hotel is very cute - a cool vibe. Located perfectly for us to head to the cruise ship pier. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very complete and quite good. Staff were friendly and very accommodating as we needed to store bags until our ship departure. Would definitely stay again!
