It was the worst experience..there was no water for 3 days in the building. Management was rude and never answered the phone to help. Ran out of tp I had to go but it myself. Just all around horrible experience

The water was not working after 8pm so yu can’t poop and flush yu can’t shower or anything! The water comes on 3times a day for 2hrs!!!! The is construction on this site prepare to hear noise!

I only stayed overnight, but I wouldn’t recommend staying longer than that. There’s some things that need to be fixed/changed on the instructions that were given. Hand soap wasn’t provided and the towels were shedding. When first coming into the room, the floors were kind of wet here and there. My family and I woke up in the morning and the floor by the air conditioner unit was all wet. My aunt almost slipped. We told the front desk downstairs and they said the room needs to be kept cold enough because of the humidity outside. The shower wasn’t working properly either. Again, I only stayed one night. I wouldn’t personally stay more than that.

Although the Management was very responsive, as soon as you walk out the elevator, the stench of cigarettes smacks you right in the face. The room is extremely outdated, pillows were dirty and smelled like mold, and we were unable to control the AC temps so we were freezing all night. The windows have no curtains for shade, the tub was stained and had hair. I could go on and on. Terrible!

The bathroom has a lot of cracks at the base literal holes. The room was freezing and we weren’t allowed to turn off the AC. I paid a mandatory cleaning fee and they sing me to take the garbage out. Like that’s apart of cleaning. Would never book here again and do not recommend!!!!
