We had such a memorable stay at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel! We decided to upgrade to a poolside villa for just a bit more, and it was absolutely worth it, the convenience and vibe were everything. The resort itself is stunning. Between the beautiful pools, direct beach access, and the elegant lobby with live music in the evenings, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. One of the highlights for us was the breathtaking 300 year old Banyan tree on the property truly a sight to see and a reminder of the rich history here. The hotel has really thought of everything. From floaties, beach balls, and volleyballs by the pool, to complimentary sunscreen and even mosquito spray, every little detail was covered. Honestly, our entire stay felt like a dream. My family didn’t want to leave, and we’re already talking about when we’ll be back. Highly recommend!

The lobby area is outstanding. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. This is the third time we stay here. We did notice the room and areas are not being kept up as they used to before it changed ownership. Kudos to Nasheli in the pool area!

Great time

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed my stay. Olga in housekeeping and her supervisor (can't remember her name maybe Isabela) were a pure delight. They made my daughter's birthday so special!! I will be back!!
