Clean, safe, beautiful, economical, friendly staff. What more could you ask for?! 10/10. Great amenities, we loved the gym and pool. The staff was so friendly, from the man who checked in our car (didn't get his name) to Justin at the Jaggery Fitness Center. Justin made us a smoothie with fruit grown on the property, it was incredible!! They also have security so we felt so safe at night. Also we ordered room service and the Lamb Gyro was sooooo good!! We have dairy allergies and they were so diligent about not putting feta or tzatziki in our meal. The location is good, close to Kayak Bay which is what we came for. The property is well maintained and cared for, so it's just gorgeous to walk around. My one complaint is that check in is at 4 and check out is at 11. The stay really should be longer. Other than that, this place is wonderful and we will be returning, Lord willing!!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing — so friendly, supportive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The room was cozy and perfect for relaxing. While I wish there had been more activities available and some areas of the property could use a bit of care, the pool was really cool and still a lot of fun to enjoy. Overall, I had a great experience thanks to the wonderful team!

The pool was actually a 25 yard pool that you could do laps in. Very large gym with all the equipment. Very clean and quiet, perfectly nice place. It did not have coffee in the room or at reception. Coffee and snacks were available at the gym at 8am.
