This is my second home is peaceful and very spacious two level penthouse.

- Self check- in with keypad lock ( with a code you will privately receive )
- Third floor walk/up
- Three bedrooms with a/c
- AC for bedrooms only. Living room may be requested for additional $20.00 per day.
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining and living room areas with ocean view and ceiling fans(3)
- Game room with pool table ,television, living area and both ocean view and rainforest view.
- Wide open terrace with view of our National Rainforest - El Yunque and the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for an outdoor breakfast. During the day it provides a peaceful ambiance for a nice suntan and some good reading. At evening, it is the best place for dinner under the stars.

This are second homes, if looking for tourist area with restaurants and bars walking distance then this place is not for you.

A rental car is highly recommended.

The apartment was very nice. Big clean a few bugs no screens on the windows. The terrace was beautiful. The pool was beautiful and the beach was magnificent. The location was not ideal unless you have a rental car which we did not and we did not know Suzanne was very quick to response with any questions. Unfortunately, the water was shut off twice while we were there due to some issues in the complex overall it was a nice day because we met someone that had a car.

Suzanne the host was very responsive and immediately responded to texts. The apartment was a great size for our family of 5. Having access to both the pool and the ocean kept the children happy and busy. The location is good for traveling to activities on the eastern part of the island and to traveling to Old Juan. Minor repairs such as a new coat of paint and new bathroom fixtures would elevate the place to a 5 star rating.

Wonderful home base for our vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pictures were very accurate. The bedrooms provided comfortable accommodations and the common spaces were perfect for meals and family time. The view from the living room looking out on the water was perfect. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. It was convenient to get to our activities in El Yunque and Fajardo.
