Located on the 2nd floor (stairs access), this spacious retreat comfortably sleeps up to
9 guests:

● Guest Room 3: Full/Twin bunk + pull-out twin—perfect for kids.
● Chef’s Corner: L-shaped kitchen with island seating, fully stocked for family
meals.
● Living Area: Cozy space with ceiling fan, Smart TV (Netflix/DVD), and
high-speed Wi-Fi.
● Perks: In-unit washer/dryer, electric BBQ, beach gear, and kids' toys included.
Guest Access:

IMPORTANT:
** Pools are open daily from 9am thru 1:00am. Water fixtures such as slide and water cañons are only open on the weekends.
** We only provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own.
** We are very proud of the high-security standard in this condo complex, making it one of the top family-friendly places in the area.
** The entire complex is gated, and all residents must be identified at the guardhouse in order to enter. We have a STRICT NO VISITOR POLICY. We will be needing the names of all the guests staying at the property 48 hrs prior check in.
** Due to the HOA regulations no extra guests are allowed after check in nor names can be exchanged after check in.
** There are (2) assigned parking spaces per unit- so whether you rent one large van or several, you'll always find your own parking space.
** The unit is located on a 2ND FLOOR. There are a flight of stairs to access the apartment!
** There are several supermarkets between the airport and Aquatika, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Rt 188 on your way to Aquatika.

● Travel: 25-30 min from SJU Airport and 40 min from Old San Juan.
Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.
* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.
* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.
We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:
Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.
Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.
Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.

Regarding electricity and water, in September 2017 Puerto Rico was directly hit by Hurricane Maria.
Unfortunately, our power grid has suffered significant damage after the hurricane and over the years.
Power and water outages are extremely common on the island and may last from a few minutes to a few hours.
Sometimes the power goes once a week or sometimes once a month, it’s completely out of our control.
IMPORTANT:
* PMI property Management will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption of water or electrical services.
* If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used.
* Under no circumstances we will refund consumed nights. By booking this unit, we understand that you read our listing descriptions and are aware of the situation.

Once you check into the unit, we are always available by Airbnb chat or phone to help with any questions. If there is an issue that needs attention during your stay please let us know right away in order to provide you with assistance as soon as possible.
