Family of 6 Space @ Fajardo Marina

Our cozy apartment equipped for a beautiful family of six. With a three bedroom and two bathroom space, kitchen, and living room with Smart TV and WIFI. All rooms have A/C including the living room. Located in the 27th floor with a beautiful view to the marina and the ocean. About 49 minutes away Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and 59 minutes away from Old San Juan Our condominium is security accessed, with a large pool, laundromat and parking space for two vehicles.

Prepared for a family of 6, we also have a Air Mattress that can be used for a 7th guest. Each bathroom will have two toilets papers, each guest will have one towel and one beach towel, the kitchen will have one paper towel and each trash bag will have one installed bag and one additional bag. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap. We will also provide a small amount of laundry detergent.

We will not provide additional toiletries due to the high demand of reservations, we must provide for all guest for which we limit our inventory.

Guest must take care of the apartment as if it where their property. Any damages done will be charged to guests.

Puerto Rico is known to have an unpredictable power stability for which it can be possible for the power to go off. Condominium will have power in common areas such as lobby, elevator and security gate from the generator they have installed, but the apartment will be out off power. If power is out for more than 8 hours we will accept to cancel and refund the reservation if the guests desire.

We are a a considered company and our guests our very important to us. Please feel free to approach any situation to our host and we will be helping in any way possible.

Guest must pass the security gate and parked where desired. They must pass the lobby and take the elevator to floor 27. The apartment has its own lockbox. It is a self check in process but if guests need any assistants we will be available to help.

Condominium Dos Marinas is a gated condo with a large pool, laundromat, lobby, basketball court, tennis court, small playground and very accesible.

Walmart and supermarket is about 10 minutes away. Restaurants are as near as a minute or two approximately away.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Fajardo apartment is smoke free.
