This place is superb! The rooms are simple yet chic and clean. Very clean! This place is spotless. There is a small restaurant on site that I did not try, but they had some home made desserts that were amazingly fresh and delicious. Good coffee too! But the most important thing is the staff. I felt like family. Sounds cliche but in this case that was 100% true. When you call, a person answers. No robots no AI. They keep distance but also remember your name and chat as much as you want or not. Hector was a highlight of this trip and I appreciate all the tips, recommendations and honest suggestions on things to do and eat around the area. I will definitively return here, in fact I tried to extend my stay but I couldn’t. Great place on the heart of Condado PR

The room and bathroom were big and clean. I liked the seating area as you walked into the room. The shelving unit outside the bathroom blocks the lighting. The room has a coffee unit and a small refrigerator, but could use a microwave. Per one staff member, they claim it's a fire hazard to have a microwave in the room, so they plan on putting a microwave in the lobby area. The staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating.

Staff was super attentive. From the check in at 12am until we left , they were always checking in making sure we had everything we needed. The beach was so close and so many food options to grab and go on your way to enjoy the waves. My only complaint was the beach chairs that were offered to us. They were worn down and my daughter felt she was going to fall right through. I do hope they work on updating the chairs, since we will definitely be coming back! Overall, great experience!

Room was nice and comfy, convenient location was the best. I didn't receive any vip amenity if there was one being a platinum member as it asked on the last question so not sure about that, but otherwise no complaints. Got a lot of automated texts I would've rather not received but feel like a lot of properties are doing that these days.

Noise is my only complaint

Everything seemed new and inviting. You could smell the citrus aroma of the lobby before you even entered from the street. The room was comfortable and clean. There was construction next door that started at 7am and lasted all day (I understand that is out of the hotel's control) and the housekeeping employees were also very loud- yelling down hallways and slamming doors.

Rooms are very dark. They have most amenities.it is good that there is parking but it is very uncomfortable. Kitchen needs work- sponge was dirty, they should change it for every client. Recommend more illumination for rooms.

My son and I stayed at the Hibird Condado for 8 days. The location could not have been better. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need on vacation. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Laura was very helpful at check-in and throughout the week. The food and drinks at Pure Juice bar were great. Definitely would stay there again!
