Our stay at the Hibird Hotel in Puerto Rico was fantastic. Lara welcomed us with exceptional service upon arrival, and Hector made sure our entire visit was smooth and memorable. The Pure Bar staff were friendly and made our evenings enjoyable. Gym is in great condition! Great location with easy access to Condado’s fine dining and just a short Uber ride to Old San Juan. Highly recommend!

Hotel was very nice, had some issues while there such as out of service main elevator and construction noise from next door, but these issues were not a big deal for us. The room was clean and the hotel attendants were very nice and always ready to help if we had any questions.

Great location. We were in a junior suite, which was spacious and comfortable. The staff was great. Some construction going on next door but minimal noise. There was a small stain on a pillow cover.
