I almost hesitated to give this place five stars — not because anything was wrong, but because the experience was too good and I selfishly wanted to keep it a secret! 😄 This spot is truly a hidden gem, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. The place was spotless, the service was outstanding, and the location could not have been better. Everything you could possibly want — the beach, fantastic restaurants, a convenience store, and even a casino — was all within about a 3-minute walk. It made the entire stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. We had an amazing time, and while part of me wants to keep this treasure hidden, they’ve earned every bit of this five-star praise. Highly recommend!

The facilities were clean, the staff was amazing and courteous. The room, however, was uncomfortably small. It was not evident in the photographs at all. We had to keep moving our luggage around just to get in and out of bed and to the bathroom. I do think that some of the rooms were better than others. Anyone who is not nimble and flexible would not have been able to safely stay there. The staff was great and the location was wonderful. Just verify the size of your room before booking.

This hotel is literally fantastic. My first day in PR it was raining and windy and the power went out and the generator was so loud in my room, they upgraded me to a 2 bedroom suite with balcony and it was breath taking. I went back to my original room by choice and it had a private Jacuzzi on the patio which was the highlight of our stay! Staff is so responsive and sweet. Close to everything you need and beach. Definitely would stay again! 10/10

The room was clean. One day we asked that it be cleaned and they forgot. Did not like that there was no salt and pepper in the kitchen, Did like the espresso machine. I think their check out time of 10:00 is too early. Late check out is 11:00. Front desk was great for restaurant recommendations and tours.
