Relativity modest hotel. Sevice was average for a hotel at this rating. We had to stay just for a night and were expecting a better place for about $350 a night. Happy hour was also pretty unremarkable.

The room was as it was in the photos. Everything was clean! Bed was a tad on the firm side, but not the end of the world. Maintenance and Housekeeing were super attentive and fast! Front desk workers were also very attentive, friendly and always very helpful. Breakfast in my opinion was good and it changed items on the menu and flavors of waffles every day. I used the laundry room and it was very efficient and easy to use! Walking distance to the beach - such a plus! About 7-8 minutes away from the airport. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you to everyone in the Hampton Inn for making our stay easy and enjoyable! 🙂

Stayed here for one night after our cruise. My biggest complaint was the hotel was very cold, felt like the A/C was set at 62 degrees and the room was cold as well. There was no way to warm up the room with the in-room thermostat except to turn it off which helped a little. The room was OK, but the bed pillows were a little flat. The best part about this hotel was the very nice front desk staff and the wonderful breakfast buffet which had very nice things to choose from. It was very clean and organized and food was kept hot and the best part was that it was all included in our room charge. They also had a nice swimming pool and hot tub and outside bar which we never got to use, but it looked very inviting. A great place to stay especially if you have kids.

During check in front desk employees were not very friendly. They did not talk about any amenities (restaurant/bar, happy hour, gym, beach) at all or offer any help with excursions/tours/things to do. It isn’t bad for the price however and location is pretty good.

The second room i was transferred to had a lot of bugs in it, i have bite marks all on my legs and arms,i spoke with the supervisor and showed him my bites he came up to the room and i showed him the bugs that where all over the room,and he ended up changing my room out again,then the new room tv cable wasn't working so they had to send up engineering to fix it and all this was going on my husband birthday.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this property. This property is extremely clean and very well maintained! The staff bends over backwards to make sure their guests are taken care of and happy. On the last day of our stay, we had an evening flight, and our check-out was at noon. We were given total use of the facility after checking out including the pool, and our luggage was checked and stored until we left for the airport. Just an amazing place to stay for a vacation. Most everything is in walking distance including the beach, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a casino. We will be returning next year to this hotel for another vacation.
