I enjoyed the happy hour from 5-7pm and the breakfast. I didn’t like that the a/c could be manage. Just on at 69, to cold and off. Overall is a cozy, clean and friendly staff hotel.

It is 10 minutes from the beach. Hampton Inn is consistently good. However, the San Juan Hampton Inn lacks a computer/printer for the guests that every other Hampton Inn has. Also, it lacks a FNC station on the TV

I love everything except that there is no signage about tou having access to the chairs at the beach we found out out last day. They have happy hour they tell you one drink per person but there is no consistency on keeping this policy. This is the reason why I gave them 3 starts on service. Breakfast amazing and people there we love them.

When we first check in and was given a room it had a black substance on the ceiling. We had to afl for another room and none was available. So once we ask for a suite that was available and cost an extra $40 per night. The suite was very nice

This is not a good hotel. The room was noisy and not especially clean. Breakfast is limited. Front desk, staff not helpful. In general, avoid it’s possible, if nothing else is available it is tolerable for one night

Everyone on staff was very helpful. Clean. Breakfast every morning was awesome and free happy hour every day 5-7pm. Food and drinks at the swim up restaurant bar also great, as was the pool area and fitness room.
