Facilities were clean (aside from some rust on the ceiling access panel to the HVAC unit in the bathroom). Front desk staff could have been a little more friendly. The Hot tub never had the Jets on, when I asked the pool staff for assistance, he stated that he didn't know how to work the jets and that the guy that knows how, wasn't there.

When we got there at check-in time, my room was not ready and they want to give me another room which I didn’t pay for and then when I did get a room it was leaking and moldy not in the best condition. Asked a questions, they didn’t know the answer and only one person was nice to me and it was the person who cleared my room. I would not pick this place again.
