The 2 gentlemen at the seat at check in were wonderful, are room wasn’t ready at 2 so we were to get a text when it was. We never got a text , I finally asked at 4 with a younger lady, she was quite rude. Room was clean , property beautiful 😊

The room was very clean, absolutely no issues with the room. The staff was excellent! Our only concerns were related to the hot tub jets not working and unexpected private parties preventing us from being able to utilize the main bar / restaurant and having to go to the smaller bar area where service and quality of drinks was not that of the main bar.

The location couldn’t have been better, and our rooms came with balconies and gorgeous views that really set the tone for the stay. Our first room was great, but the second one had a strange odor — not moldy, just like it needed a deeper clean. The staff, however, were absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast hit the spot each morning. There’s a small pool on-site, but you also get access to the much larger pool area at their sister property. That said, some of the outdoor furniture over there has definitely seen better days — a few pieces were sagging or torn and could use an update. Even with those minor issues, I’d still choose this hotel again for a pre‑cruise stay. The convenience and overall experience made it a solid choice.

Room was clean . They charge $35/night for unbrealla and chair which I think it’s quite a lot . Beach is very bad . Can’t swim . But location is good.plenty of restaurants nearby and a beautiful path to walk to old town which is about 2 miles away .
