Great find! (and last minute, too) Staff are so knowledgeable and sweet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Area is perfect for exploring Old San Juan in one direction and San Juan in the other!

The hotel is across the street from the T Mobile center, and that is nice. But the T-Mobile center is packed and it's an hour plus wait to get into a restaurant. Plus it has no San Juan vibe. It's an Uber ride away from the beach and Old San Juan. It's nice that breakfast is included, but the warm food isn't too good.

This hotel stay was great for my granddaughters and me. The only thing that WASN"T great was the check-in! Room was supposed to be ready for a 4PM check-in, but had to wait until 6:40PM! Clerk kept telling me 10 minutes more, 15 minutes more, etc. After being up since 2:30AM, I was NOT happy!

Great stay

We arrived an hour after check-in time but was told by staff that housekeeping had backed up with rooms to clean. We were told it would take 40 minutes but it turned into an hour wait. Luckily there was a bar and pool table in the lobby that occupied us and our kids. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful and accommodating. After the housekeeping issue, it was all good from there. My kids loved the room we stayed in. Wish we stayed more days in there so we could have used the kitchen. The pool area was small but wasn't crowded. The hotel provided a shuttle that drove to Escambron Beach, Old San Juan and Distrito T-Mobile area. That was a plus so we didn't have to take the car out since there was an $18 parking fee. Would recommend and stay here again for the next time we come back to PR.
