Customer service was excellent but unfortunately we had to use an humidifier in our room, dumping water every 4 to 6 hours because it was humid and you could smell some mold issues. It was unfortunate using the machine at all the times.

Best staff

First time I’ve stayed at a Hyatt and was worried but there’s lots of great restaurants and proximity to places. My favorite part was the staff and housekeeping. Huge Thank you to Perez, Marcia and Daniel; they’re so friendly and helpful. I would come back just because of this staff. The housekeeping ladies are beyond sweet and helpful as well. They do a great job at keeping this hotel in order.

Rented 2 rooms through Expedia, and ended up having to pay extra fees. One the room had a malfunction of the cooling system and everything was wet or damp from moisture. The floor was completely wet. When offered compensation because we were not Hyatt members they offered me a beer to make it better. Really?!

Property is right next to a restaurant and casino. The restaurant was ok. Guest are charged $15 a day for parking. Parking is a little walk to the hotel. Breakfast was included but was very limited. Close to Pueblo supermarket. If you do not have transportation it's just a really quiet area. Staff was ok. My stay was just ok I honestly expected more.
