Everything about Vanessa’s unit was remarkable! Perfect location and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Beach chairs, beach towels and even a cooler! Vanessa is so thoughtful and very easy to reach with any questions. We even had dinner at one of the restaurants she recommended and thoroughly enjoyed it. I am looking forward to someday returning to Puerto Rico and would definitely stay at this condo. The direct beach access was great!

The room is very well appointed, on a high floor in the building. The host was very helpful with the questions we had. The apartment came with two beach chairs and a cooler, new refrigerator, beautiful shower with a rainfall shower head. We were very comfortable for our 2-week stay.

Beautiful view awesome location from everything. Walking distance to local restaurants and gift shops. Kitchen was stocked very good no need to bring anything there. Beach access is amazing as well , host response immediately to text! Very clean ! Didnt like there was only two towels and two wash clothes and two hand towels. They had 3 beach towels which was good but we had to use them for bath towels. We spent 23 dollars in a week on washing towels. The lughts in bathrrom kept going off and on and finally went out. Bring washing detergent for your clothes laundry is locatated in basement. Blinds were broke as well bar was under bed we couldnt pull shades up all the way because we didnt want to break them. Shower glass door kept coming off track. Over minor things. But overall not bad. We would stay again if all things are taken care above. Like i said Host response is super fast.

The apartment lock was broken. The owner agreed I had to position it a certain way for it to lock. I didn’t work no matter what I tried. I didn’t feel safe so the owner agreed to refund me if I didn’t check in. Left the property. VRBO said it was up to the owner to refund me. I still have not received my refund. Big disappointment since I had to pay for a hotel double the price. Had to take it up with my card company.

Nice condo with great views!

Views of the ocean, beach and city from way above in the ESJ tower. We loved it and will be back! Nice and spacious condo with 2 beds and loaded with everything you need for an extended stay. Walking distance to all the restaurants and convenience shopping of the Isla Verde strip. And quick Uber pickup to anywhere else you want to go around PR!

Great Stay…

This unit offered my friends and I all we could want for a quick vacation. The unit was great, it’s just as pictured. The unit came with everything we needed and more than enough room for 3 females. The building could definitely use an upgrade, we were also there during a 36 hour island power outage but things ran as normal. The biggest impact we had was charging our phones and we were able to do that from the hallway or the charging station in the lobby areas because the building still had power. The back entrance to the building goes straight to the beach, you could rent chairs and umbrellas or the unit provides beach chairs. We were also able to walk to the market (8-10mins).

Overall me & my partner experience was phenomenal. I was nervous being that it was my first time booking on Vrbo. I went off the reviews & star rating & figured now I need to write my experience for others to book. DO IT ! The hotel is on the beach, the room was very clean, a full kitchen with everything you need to cook with, beach accessories was provided,extra towels, hot water, air conditioner was amazing, now the view from the balcony of the room just outstanding. Vannessa & her son were very pleasant over the phone. I am booking this rental again for my next p.r trip coming again.

The location was the place was great and exactly as shown in the pictures.The host was responsive. The only issues we had was the wifi kept going out and we were unable to use the shower handle. But overall the place was great Sshower
