Definitely enjoyed our visit. And Enrique, her son helped because I had trouble getting things understood by Vanessa. The main room A/C would not work but we had bedroom unit make our stay comfortable. This would have been fixed by them. Maybe remote. We did not call on the following but oven would not work. Overhead hood also problems. Main frustration was water on floor from under sink leakage. We put pots to catch water and towels on floor and resorted to dumping water in bathroom sink. We had to do this almost daily. But, again, I did not call because we did not want to wait for a repair person. We recommend more comfortable living room furniture. You have an all plastic sofa and chair. No cushions. These are comments to help. I recommend this unit.
