Summary:

So trendy & so close to the beach! This boutique structure is a walk-up. One suite is on the ground flr, & three are on the 2nd flr. The interiors of all suites are designed in the Japandi style. We are in a one-of-a-kind residential beach neighborhood w/ a diverse population. W/ the best beach in San Juan is only a few minutes away, bordered by Loiza St., which is rich in culture & diversity & home to many unique restaurants, eateries & bars, you will undoubtedly satisfy your vacation appetite.



The Space:

Modern design combined with a cool beach vibe sets the tone for a relaxing vacation immediately upon entry. Freshly furnished with attention to detail, our family-friendly space has room for everyone.



Corona #2 is a large suite on the 2nd floor of the property with king bed, It is equipped with a full kitchen with an office fridge, two burner stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, plates, pans, utensils, etc. It also has a small bathroom, dining area and a 40" Roku TV. Floors in the entire unit are polished concrete.

Guest Access:

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This residence also boasts amazing proximity to everything San Juan has to offer with a prime central location just off Liza Street.



Guests have access to their private apartment, plus shared access to the Lobby, and to the small balcony located on the 2nd floor. All other areas are for Host and Cleaning Crew usage only.



Other Things to Note:

Casa Corona is equipped with a 22KW Generator that will power the entire property in case of a power outage.



-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.



-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.



-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.



-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.



-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.



Interaction with Guests:

This unit is a self check-in and check-out process, so I usually do not meet guests. However, I am always checking up on my units and/or doing some touch ups, so I might meet some guests. Nevertheless, I live close by and am available via AirBnB message, text message, whats app or a phone call.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Calle Loiza. The apartment includes amenities such as a kitchen and a balcony.

Location

The online booking and check-in process were extremely simple and convenient. The location does not look very safe. The apartment was clean but the bathroom shower had mold on the bottom of the shower and shower curtain.

Great apartment

This is a great place to stay. It is small but extremely clean, no weird smells or anything like that. Beds were comfortable. Host has provided everything you might need, including beach gear, baby gear, and toiletries. We even found aloe cream after we had purchased our own. Location is great, easy to get to sites and within walking distance to restaurants. We felt extremely safe and the street was quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
