I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews—especially not negative ones—but I do think it’s helpful for future guests to know what to expect. The management was very accommodating when our air conditioning wasn’t working properly on the first night, and we appreciated their responsiveness. We stayed for eight nights, and during that time we never received fresh towels, even after reaching out to management about it. We also had a day where we were asked to leave the apartment for a period of time so the unit could be sprayed for bugs, which felt a bit unusual during an active stay. We had read that the property could be a little noisy because of the street, which we didn’t mind, but one night there was what sounded like a club-level party happening below us. The music was extremely loud, and we weren’t able to sleep until very late despite having pillows over our heads. Cleanliness overall seemed decent, but we did find some items left behind on top of the cabinets that made us question how thorough the cleaning process is. The shower water also never got warm—only cold—which may have been specific to our unit but was definitely uncomfortable. We also struggled with the Wi-Fi throughout our entire stay. Nothing would load on our phones, and the TV would cut out every 5–10 minutes before taking a long time to reconnect. I really wanted to love this place, and there were aspects that showed promise, but overall I can’t say it was the best fit for us.

I had a great stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. The property is clean, cute, and centrally located near great local food, coffee, grocery stores and pharmacies, beaches, and attractions, with easy access by Uber or bus to Viejo San Juan. The outdoor lounge area was lovely too. Staff was incredibly accommodating. They were easy to get in touch with via text. They offer luggage storage for before check-in time and after check-out time and, when they heard my flight was coming in early, they cleaned and prepared my room early too. The only thing I wish is that my room (one of the small studio rooms) had seating beyond the bed. But this is a minor wish and didn't post an issue at all; the air conditioning and wifi both worked well, the bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster, and microwave in the room too. Definitely recommend! Muchas gracias for a great stay!

The property was very close to anything you may want to visit. Grocery store, restaurants, beach, and attractions. The property also felt very safe. It was in a quiet neighborhood where we had no problems at all. The home was very clean and everything was in working order. My family and I would love to stay here again.

Upon arrival, it was a little hard to find my room once in the complex (even though they did give good instructions). I didn’t realize I had to walk through what I initially thought was someone else’s garage in order to get to my apartment, as there were cars parked in the area. Once I located my apartment, and I had difficulty figuring out the that little box on the side of the entrance contained the lock code, which you could only access once I realized you had to slide down the plastic piece to reveal the lock combination. Once the code was entered, I was able to slide down the button and open up the lower box which contained the key. Thankfully, a staff member was able to assist me. I had never seen a contraption like that before and trying to figure it out/fiddle with it made me feel like I was going to break it. Once I was able to finally get into the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, spacious enough for me, and the bed was comfortable. The decor was updated and modern. I loved the scent of all of the toiletries they provided. You can’t be a place like this for the price.
