The space
Welcome to Mase Luxury Penthouse Beach side Retreat! A perfect stay for a romantic escape or family beach vacation. Be our guest at this luxurious place with open concept living area. Located on the 5th floor of a quiet and safe building (elevator available), just steps away from the beach. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom, 1 inflated mattress (preferably for 2 children) kitchen, dining area, living área, family área and rooftop with Access to complex jacuzzi (is not hot).

Accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children: a bedroom with a king bed and a Queen bed in the second bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioner for a comfortable sleep. Fully equipped with all the essentials (bed sheets, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, blow dryer) and more – all that you need to feel at home! Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and other beach gears are also provided for your use as well. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need during your stay to cook meals. Fully furnished dining and living areas with smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioing and ceiling fan. Outdoor furniture in the rooftop and BBQ station.
Parking space inside the building facilities with capacity of one vehicle. A second vehicle can park outside the biulding in paralel with sidewalk.

Restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy and fast-food places less than 5 min drive. Lots of Family-friendly activities near: Surfing lessons at La Pared beach, El Yunque, Hacienda Carabali, Kioskos de Luquillo and much more including snorkeling, boat & bio bay tours, ferry to Culebra & Vieques. Near to the Airport (about 35 mins drive), Old San Juan (about 45 mins drive) and Fajardo (about 20 mins drive) where you can also find lots of activities and tours. Ideal location for those that just want to relax in the near surroundings and for those who want to explore Puerto Rico.
