Our beautifully decorated, modernly furnished apartments are fully equipped for a safe, relaxing stay right by the resort’s main pool. With amenities like a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, SMART-TV, and basic cable, you’ll feel right at home. Enjoy the convenience of an indoor washer/dryer and a George Foreman BBQ electric grill on your private balcony. Plus, take a short walk to our semi-private beach access.



This second-floor apartment boasts three bedrooms: a master room with a private bathroom and queen-size bed, two additional rooms, one with 4 persons bunk bed (twin, full, twin) and the other with an extra queen-size bed. Shared full bathroom. All rooms, including the living room, have A/C and ceilings fans.

Please note:



Only registered guests from Airbnb are allowed to enter the complex and use complex facilities. No other family, friends, colleagues, associates, or any external visitor may enter the complex, Aquatika's administration and security are very strict on this point.



Pools and Beach Access:



• Pool hours are from 9am to 1am (no food or drinks allowed inside the pool; they must be kept and/or consume at least 6 feet from the pool edge).



• Beach access gate hours are from 6am to 7pm.



We trust that you’ll treat our apartment with care, respecting our property and the neighborhood.



Rest assured, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each stay, following Airbnb’s cleaning protocols. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request (for an extra cost).

Only registered and authorized guests may have full access to the use and enjoyment of Aquatika's facilities and amenities.



Aquatika’s administration requires the use of resort style wristbands.



Unlike other options located inside of Aquatika, our guests do not have to worry about paying Aquatika's Pool Pass per guest aside from the reservation. The expense is covered so that our guests do not have to worry about extra fees.



These wristbands must be worn at all times, this way Complex Security can identify authorized Guests. This is for the safety, security and well-being of guests and owners.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is right in the center of it all. It's just 30 minutes away from airport taking Route 66. Aquatika is a beautiful family resort complex in Loiza. With a inspiring landscaping and a lot of pools and fun for kids and adults. Our beach "Punta Uvero" is one of the calmest on the north coast, due to a reef and sandbar a kilometer off coast.



In Loiza, the Ricky Martin Foundation named "El Centro Tau" is located in this neighborhood and brings a proactive action to prevent high-risk communities from becoming possible victims of human trafficking.



Our location is so near from the TOP Travel Experiences like; Historic Old San Juan, Yunque National Rain Forest, Ferry to Culebra and Vieques Islands, Bioluminescent Bay, Fishing, Surfing, Carabali Rainforest Park, El Morro, Museums, Snorkel, Catamaran Tours and Toro Verde features one of the longest Zip Lines on Earth. Getting Around:

Personal or Rental Car is Strongly Recommend!



There is no public transportation available so you will want to rent a car or van during your visit. If you don't rent a car, there is a kind of flat-rate fare from the airport to Aquatika of $70-90 (subject to increase without notice - so check before you get into the taxi). There can be small surcharges for extra luggage, night time service from 10pm - 6am, tolls, or more than 5 passengers. Regarding Taxis, if you have any questions, ask the taxi dispatcher at the Airport who response your questions. Tipping is at your discretion but normally about 10%. Once in the apartment, Uber is available, but limited.

Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:



Aquatika has 5 community pools. The apartment is located right in front of Main Pool which has a waterslide open on Saturdays and Sundays 9am-5pm.



IMPORTANT! Do not leave or hang towels or clothes on the balcony railings. This is a violation of Aquatika's rules of conduct and could mean costly fines for guests.



Please do not hang or sit on furniture with wet clothes, or wet towels. A hanger is supplied for this purpose, located on the apartment balcony.



If you are not in the apartment, we would appreciate it if you turned off air conditioners and lights, electricity bills in Puerto Rico are expensive!

We provide enough toiletries and kitchen amenities to kick off your stay.



From shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, hand soap, dish sponge, dish soap, paper towel, coffee, sugar, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels & kitchen towel. We do NOT provide wash cloths due to hygiene purposes. If you use wash cloths, make sure to bring your own with you.



Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to or from the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as a driver’s license or a state ID card.



Interaction with Guests:

Our place is set up so you can make an easy self-check-in, but we are always available during your stay, to answer questions, help you and assist you at all times. We are just a text or phone call away!!
