This is an amazing property for families with teens! The guesthouse has 3 separate units that allowed kids to have their own rooms. The outdoor covered patio was perfect for gathering, meals, and listening to the coqui frogs in the evening. The main unit has a full kitchen and a bonus indoor hammock! The guesthouse is secluded from the rest of the units and has a private gated entrance. The property is in a quiet area yet close to beaches and other attractions. I would definitely recommend!

Overall a nice place to stay. The room and facilities are clean and well maintained. Be aware that the rooms are storage containers so they are tiny (may be better for 1 person or 2 smaller people), not well ventilated (the sheets and all of our clothing was slightly damp the whole time), and not well insulated so you can here other guests if they are loud. If you are not looking for all the frills and just want a nice clean space to sleep so you can explore the island and local beaches, then this is a fairly good choice.

What a wonderful relaxing place to stay! Clean, fresh smelling room, bed was comfortable! Management were quick to reply to requests and very accommodating and kind! Continental breakfast was so convenient, water bottles, fruit, cheese, small snacks, coffee was delicious! Location was ideal close to everything, but tucked into the side of a mountain! The staff on the grounds are incredibly warm and friendly. Yes the rooms are small (be sure you are comfortable with you’re comfortable with your friend/partner), but it is built on an ecologically friendly model from containers and locally owned. There are some issues with humidity as its located in/next to the rainforest, but that’s to be expected
