Very safe at night with nearby security. Easy access to the highway. Clean room and good air conditioning. I’m glad to have found this online. Will keep booking for future visits.

La habitación tenía receptáculos despegadas, la cama estaba en malas condiciones (las sábanas rotas y al acostarse la cama se hundía ) En adición, un hombre del personal del front desk no presentaba buena imagen, se encontraba bajo efectos de alguna sustancia y no tenía conciencia de sus acciones y palabras (es un hombre mayor, tenía las uñas negras pintadas, pelo largo riso, no recuerdo su nombre)

The room was exactly what was advertised. Perfect space for two people. It looked like it wasn't vacuumed when we got into our room day 1 but other than that everything was great. We did not have hot water our third night of staying there but the staff was extremely attentive to the issue, they fixed the issue and offered us a later check out date the next day for the inconvience. Would stay here again.

The property was very nice and located in a great area. However, had to be relocated to sister property the day after checking in due to water problems. It was an inconvenience, but the property is nice and I would recommend it.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at the property. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The only thing I did not like is that it was not a microwave in the room to warm our food up but other than that everything was great. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean. The room was extra large. The room was well decorated. The only small hiccup was the water pressure in the shower was low. My overall stay I’ll give a nine out of 10. That’s only because the water pressure was low in the shower. I will definitely come back to this hotel anytime I’m in Puerto Rico. This is my number one hotel to stay at. Awesome stay awesome hotel and awesome staff.

Nice Stay

Found this hotel on Hoyels.com, found it to be exactly as discribed. This is not a big hotel, tht lobby and hallways amall but the room we stayed in was large,comfortable & up-to-date. Wifi was free and good. This location is right on a busy street with restaruants & stores right next to the hotel. Dispite being on a busy street our room was quiet. King bed was very comfortable. Parking was supprisingly easy. The hotel provide a pass to a nearby parking garage for $20.00 a day but we never had to use it, parking on the street close by was easy. When we return to Puerto Rice we will make this hotel our first choise. Would not recomend it for families ith young children, it is an urban invrioment

Great Stay for the Bad Bunny Concert! We stayed here while in town for the Bad Bunny concert and couldn’t have picked a better location, close to great eateries, local shops, and just a short walk to La Placita. The room was a great size, very comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The front desk staff were super helpful with recommendations and anything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Not worth the money

The hotel has horrible water pressure and the water was not hot during our stay. My room had a broken refrigerator and did not have an iron. Staff told me they couldn’t do anything about the refrigerator. Overall the room was somewhat dirty but not too bad. The front desk staff was so that was a plus. The neighborhood the hotel is located is full of homeless people and very dangerous. Not safe to walk around at night
