The space:

The property is divided in 3 independent apartments. Right in front of this apartment is it’s assigned parking space and a privet entrance. Step in to an open-concept living area with a cozy sofa, ceiling fan, a 55" smart TV and Wifi. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, extractor fan, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, modern fridge, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. The dining area seats six comfortably for meals or workspace needs.

The first bedroom includes two full-size beds, a nightstand, lamp, closet, and floor mirror. The second offers a king-size bed, closet, nightstand, floor lamp, and a vanity/desk with a makeup mirror—perfect for work or getting ready.

The stylish bathroom includes tiled walls, a rainfall shower, a glass divider, and wall-mounted dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A hair dryer and iron are also provided.

With solar power and a Tesla battery backup, you’ll have peace of mind during your stay. Comfortable, fully stocked, and centrally located—this space is your ideal base to explore San Juan!

Other things to note:

Our property is energized by self sostenible solar panels and Tesla battery, for a worry free stay. In case of an electricity outage all electrical appliances, lights, hot water and fans will be powered by our tesla battery. A/c Inverters will not be powered to save tesla battery energy so you can enjoy main necessity electricity for extended periods. Bed linen and towels will be provided depending on amount of guests and nights. Please make sure that guests input on your booking is the correct amount of guests. We are reachable and can address any issues that are not emergencies from 8am-9pm Monday-Friday. Saturday 9am-5pm.
