My vacation rental experience was severely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed about the parking pass for the parking structure, but it was not provided. A security guard cautioned us that our vehicle could be towed if we failed to display the pass. Consequently, we were constantly concerned about the security of our car. The property required substantial repairs, including malfunctioning elevators that necessitated the use of a service elevator that was equally unreliable. The apartment was modern and clean but construction in the adjacent unit caused excessive noise during the early morning hours. Additionally, the coffee maker leaked, and we were provide with two towels throughout our stay. To exacerbate the situation, a note on the door threatened a fee for stained towels, despite the fact that there were no stains beyond normal use. Despite these issues, we were nonetheless charged the fee. Upon our return, I conducted further research and discovered additional negative reviews that led me to believe that these “extra” fees were a fraudulent attempt to extract additional money. Consequently, I would not recommend this establishment and will refrain from using this company and their rentals in the future. I believe that Motel 6 would offers better customer service and amenities.
