When you need some relaxing downtime between outings, unwind in the spacious sitting room, put a movie on the Smart TV, and cool off in the air conditioning. And don’t worry about power outages disrupting your stay—this apartment features a reliable backup generator to ensure your comfort throughout your visit. If you prefer the fresh air, there is an additional sitting area on the covered patio with a small table and 3 chairs. In the sitting room, you’ll find an office desk and chair creating the perfect laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

Our condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals, whether you have dietary restrictions or want to stay on budget. The rooms are filled with natural light, or you can pull down the shades to block the sun and sleep in late. To ensure your comfort, the room includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning, and for added convenience, it has an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower and ample closet space.

For those inevitable thrills and spills, there’s a laundry closet in the hall with a stacked washer and dryer.

Plus, it offers a variety of eclectic dining options, lively nightlife, and essential amenities.

The property is approximately 5.5 km | 3 mi from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport (SJU). The area is well-served by public transportation, including buses and taxis, providing easy connectivity to key destinations within San Juan. If you rent a car, which is highly recommended for exploring beyond the cities or reaching more remote destinations, there’s gated parking on site.

Great spot - we were here for 3 nights with party of 7. With 4 women was zero complaints. very convenient to beautiful beaches and other sites. Comfortable and great air conditioning in the bedrooms. Parking inside was available but street parking was fine especially property was in gated community. We had a fantastic stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The check in Instructions was clear and easy. Overall this location was still excellent and convenient. Highly recommend! Will be back for sure

We needed a place to stay for an overnight with the famly. This place was close to the beach and walking distance to many places. I would stay again as it was exactly as described. Slight issue that the door code was changed and we were not notified until I called the owner late at night when we couldn't get in the lockbox. Other than that there were no issues.

Beautiful Property but had prolonged electricity issues

The property is beautiful and appears to be going through more of an upgrade with a pool being installed. Nicely located to the beach. Only issue was the electricity even with the generator. I'm not sure why both neighbors houses had electricity and this property didn't for over 24 hours. Pool construction or generator connection, I'm not sure but with all the main items in the house requiring electricity, it made for an unpleasant experience once that went out. The stove, refrigerator, microwave, and the heating for the water (including showers) ran in electric and this wasn't working. I would say to contact the host and see if the generator is fully operational and serviced in order to have full assurance of a comfortable stay.
