Room was awesome the balcony made all the difference, room was also nicely cold and came with a fridge, they also hold your luggage in the shop next door! Very accommodating staff!

Yes. The room was clean, the staff was kind, the room effective although small, and the bed was comfortable. Apart from a toilet brush missing in the toilet and an extra blanket to cover against the cold airco, everything was alright!

We did not stay in the room. There was no hot water in the sink, not enough towels or wash cloths, shower not hot, floor and bed was dirty. We requested a refund to pay for another room. We have video if needed.

The room felt safe and private, however, it was incredibly noisy through the night being right next to the street. There was lots of loud music and vehicles until at least 2:00 AM. The other downside was that checkout was at 10:00 AM and they said that on Sundays office staff didn’t get in until later. So we didn’t have anywhere to leave our bags. We ended up not getting to explore Old San Juan before our cruise since we had to take our bags with us. The hotel was in a good location in Old San Juan but not if you don’t get to explore it due not having anywhere to put your bags.

Room was clean, basic, but had everything that we needed. Great location, very centrally located in Old San Juan. We had a rough check in experience. There is no front desk and no staff on site. The morning of check in we received a code to a lock box that would have the key in it. The code worked fine but there was no key in the lockbox. This caused a lot of panic and we tried the conact information but werent able to get get in touch with anyone. My husband went to the pharmacy across the street and someone that works there knew someone who works at hotel and called them and got a different code to a different lock box. It was a mess and we were pretty worried we would have no where to stay for the night. It was obviously an accident but very unsettling. Never heard back from the hotel

This was honestly one of the smoothest stays I’ve ever had! I got there a little early, checked in with no issues, and they gave me my keys right away. My room was on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony, and everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away. I loved the old Spanish colonial vibe of the buildings—it really added to the charm. If I ever come back to San Juan, I’m 100% staying here again!

First night we were kept awake by the alarm in jewelry store downstairs. Then got rude reply to our complaint to the owner. Nice location but the property is in poor condition. Find a nicer place to stay.
