Perfect location to walk to everything. Rooms were clean however the shower was a water saver without much pressure I didn’t even chance to wash my hair. Great place for the price

It’s definitely not the most quiet location, but no one visits OSJ for the quiet! The walkability, stylish decor, and beautiful balcony was well Worth the price of the room. The bed is TINY though, definitely not suitable for two people.

Great hotel, don’t count on luggage storage

Very nice hotel in a great area. Warning to those planning to leave luggage in storage the day you check out— we were leaving on a Sunday and they told us as we were dropping our bags that we had to be back by 3pm to get them. It really cut our last day short! We had a late evening flight and ended up stuck waiting for the second half of the day instead of exploring. I know this isn’t the hotel’s responsibility but would have been good to know beforehand as we would have booked elsewhere

We booked Navona Suites for a quick overnight stay in Old San Juan. Couldn’t have been happier with this gem. Clean, friendly staff and everything that you need. Great open spaces on each floor including a beautiful rooftop. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I paid for 2 nights prior to our cruise and 3 night after the cruise base on reviews. A big mistake. There is no front desk so activity isn't monitored . Some guests looked like they were renting by the hour and the hallway smelled of urine and cleanser. The room was small and sparse with dust in the corners and stuff splattered on the full length mirror. We opted to cancel our post cruise stay 12 days out and were denied a refund. Buyer Beware! Sorry we chose this location

Building is perfectly located within walking distance to the forts, cathedral, shopping, restaurants, etc. Building is very secure. No there is no elevator so you’ll have to go up 3-4 flights of stairs. Still doable. We walked to the ocean and both forts one day. We used Uber to get to the building. So glad we waited to rent a car because the streets are narrow and the parking is terrible. Rented a car for other locations. Our room was spacious with no balcony and a limited view but there are smaller rooms and rooms with balcony’s overlooking the street. If visiting old San Juan would definitely stay here again.

It is a really nice boutique hotel. I would recommend staying there in Old San Juan. If you’re cruising you are very close to the port.

The flights of stairs is a lot and should be part of the description from the beginning. It also lacks electrical outlets for charging and use Of medical equipment.
