Loved my stay here! The staff was extremely nice and even let me check in a little earlier than advertised. The streets can be a bit noisy, but I’m from the Bronx so it didn’t faze me — it actually felt like home. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything with plenty of food options, shopping, and historical sites all within walking distance. The place itself is super clean, with a cute rooftop that has lounge chairs and tables. I especially loved the balcony. I’d definitely stay here again!

Location and style. This place is right in Old San Juan. Everywhere you want to be is just a short walk away. Navano Studios also looks great. Great vibe, very clean and great security.

Beds are too small I think full size, all furniture is outdated and no receptacles for charging electronics, tiny bathrooms and miniature showers, I’m 6’2 and I was touching shower wall and courting with shoulders , you can hear everything that happens on the streets, super loud and forced AC with ceiling fan it’s not the greatest, I rented it from Monday the 21st to Thursday the 24th and I had to leave on the 23rd because we couldn’t take it anymore, not recommended 👎👎👎👎

The check in was ok, there was no staff when we arrived, but the keys were left in a lockbox. No problem with coming inside the building. The room is small for two. If you are thinking to stay to rest, that is not the place. You can hear everything the other guests do. Too noisy. Sad because the place looks nice but...

This property is very central. It was a very cozy and great stay especially at the price I paid. The only issue is I didn’t know there wasn’t any elevator and we had to take our suitcases up 6 flight of stairs which was bit of a hassle. Otherwise from that - best decision ever. Btw they do offer luggage storage up until 2pm

This was a really cute place to spend the night before heading out on our cruise. Everything was close by and safe. The staff did warn us there were no elevators , only stairs. We were on the third floor and we packed a little more since we were doing a cruise. Boy did we get a workout. The balcony was very narrow , it was nice to look out on the street but it was noisy . If you are a light sleeper like me , select an interior room
