Excellent location!

Steps from the beach, and a minute or two away from places to eat, a pharmacy. Off-street parking a super-plus. The apartment had everything I needed, very bright and airy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location

The place was clean and the staff very friendly. I love this location, in gated neighborhood with security. My only complaint was that the windows in the living room did not close all the way and it was HOT! The bedroom was nice and cool though.

We will stay again next year!

My husband and I stayed for 19 days and had everything we needed for comfortable stay. You cannot beat the location (a gated home within a gated community), and just a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. This is our favorite beach in San Juan, with all sand beaches. This was our second visit to San Juan staying in the same neighborhood, because it is so safe and quiet and in the perfect location in our opinion. Stephanie is the best host and was always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or needed anything. We rented a car and it was really nice to be able to park right in front of the home. There is a wonderful sitting area where Stephanie does a really nice job taking care of beautiful plants and orchids. We also appreciated the stong wifi, and TV box so we could watch regular TV and sports. We will be booking here again for our 3 week stay next year.
