This charming studio apartment, located on the 9th floor of the Ocean Tower Condominium, offers breathtaking ocean views and a cozy balcony perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail. With a capacity for two guests, this space is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers seeking a serene escape.

As you step into this 500 sq. ft. studio, you’ll be greeted by a bright and airy living area that faces north, allowing the gentle ocean breeze to flow through. Relax on the comfortable futon couch while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV, complete with free cable. For those who need to catch up on work, a dedicated workspace with a laptop-friendly desk and chair is available.

KITCHEN: The clean functional kitchenette is fully equipped with electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator with freezer, glasses, wine glasses, plates, dining utensils, bottle opener and wine opener.

ACCOMODATIONS: Your room is equipped with a QUEEN SIZE BED for two guest, twin nightstands, closet with cloth hangers. Private bathroom with a shower.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. For your convenience CVS is just in front and open 24/7. Our office located just in front of CVS in Isla Verde Avenue for your convenience

The Ocean Tower Condominium offers fantastic amenities, including a shared pool, 24-hour security, and a coin laundry facility on the ground floor. You’ll also have one assigned parking spot for your convenience.
